Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
At Styexio Fashion Fabric Private Limited, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right.

Return Policy
– We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery.
– Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags intact.
– Returns requested after 30 days will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Refunds (If Applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

– Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
– The amount will be automatically credited to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds?
If your refund hasn’t arrived:

1. Double-check your bank account.
2. Contact your payment provider – some delays are normal.

Non-Refundable Items
– Sale or discounted items are not eligible for a refund.
– Only regular-priced items may be refunded.

Exchanges (If Applicable)
We only replace items that are defective or damaged.

To request an exchange for the same product, please email us at info@stylexiomart.com. Once approved, exchanges are processed within 7–10 business days.

Order Cancellation Policy
We understand plans change. You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.

How to Cancel
Email us at info@stylexiomart.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.

Cancellation Charges
– A cancellation fee of ₹50 or 5% of the order value (whichever is higher) will be deducted.
– If the order has already been dispatched, shipping charges are non-refundable and will also be deducted.

⚠️ Important:
Cancellations can only be processed before your order is packed or shipped. Once dispatched, the order is no longer eligible for cancellation.
